Warranty Policy 

 

At Reprodused, we are dedicated to providing our clients with bulk orders of high-quality, used, and refurbished electronics that meet their needs. Our Warranty Policy outlines the protection for these products and the steps clients can take in case of any issues.

 

Product Coverage: All used and refurbished electronics sold bulkily by Reprodused come with a warranty covering defects in materials. Warranty varies depending on the product by batches and its product description.

 

Claims Process: If a client experiences a problem with a product within the warranty period, they can contact Reprodused client support at support@reprodused.com. Our team will work with the client to diagnose the issue and, if necessary, arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced.

 

Exclusions: The warranty offered by Reprodused does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or other causes outside of our control.

 

Return Policy: In addition to our warranty, Reprodused also offers a return policy for clients who are not satisfied with their purchase. Clients have 14 days from the delivery date to return a product in its original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs.
